No reply from customer service. – Ericdress Fashion Clothes Shop Review

So i ordered a dress September 24th 2018 and it is is now the second an the information on the app continues to say that its awaiting payment when it was already taken out of my account. Ive been sending messages and no reply, When i need this dress before November 11th. Maybe me making a negative review will get someone to message me because this live message nonsense they have on their app isn't working.
