Lack of support – Audio Recorder HD & Voice Memo Review

I have the IPhone X we had to reset my phone with apple . First we made a back up with the cloud and iTunes but all my recordings never really populated we reached out to the company for support and no one ever responded I made valuable recording’s that I have lost and get no support. I also bought the upgrade and it’s wanting me to pay for the upgrade again after Apple reset my phone very frustrating no support ?
