Disappointed – Kill Shot Virus Review

I love the game but I am extremely disappointed with Hot Heads lack of love for their own product. Your customers are begging for a region 9 but it falls on deaf ears. A new region every year is unacceptable. Your in the gaming industry, act like it. I also noticed that as I read the reviews, there was only 1 reply to one person. I find it odd that you don’t respond to your customers. That speaks volumes of your customer service and support. I have a lot of things I would love to tell Hot Head about bugs and things the game lacks but as I read I feel like it would fall on Deaf ears. I think all you want is , “hey the game is great” and that’s as far as it goes. So here goes. It’s a great game. I will give stars when I see you addressing some of the complaints and concerns that I read going back over a year. Sorry guys no stars yet but I’m eager to add them. I would love a response to see if you guys even care about what we all have to say. Thank you in advance if you respond.
