Help – Live Hold'em Pro - Poker Game Review

I somehow couldn’t play them I delete and tried to get it back but it comes back up as another user and it’s not me as I had more than $500000 I would like to get my account straighten out so I can play as I love this game but I will delete it and not play again if you can’t fix it
