Seems great but sound is not working – Intermediate Sight Words : High Frequency Word Practice to Increase English Reading Fluency Review

I just bought this bundle for my daughter today and found out that the sound does not work. We are unable to see the games full potential without the sound. I am hoping someone can help me figure out if there is a way to fix this.
