Not working – Ava: Transcribe Voice to Text Review

I have been using &AVA for a long time for meetings at work. Today I’m in a meeting, opened &AVA and got message “Please reinstall AVA” so I did and it’s not working. Five hearing workers in my meeting are having the same problem. What happened???
