App closing – Heart Murmurs Pro Review

I just purchased the app and have yet to be able to use it. Whenever I click to open it the app immediately crashes. My phone is up to date (iPhone X) and since I’m just downloading the app for the first time I’m assuming there is no new update, nor do I see one.
