Unable to move to age 4, 3 etc. all memories go to age 5 where I started – Keepy - Artwork Schoolwork Review

Please give assistance in dropping memories into any of the age Bands. All of mine even when I touch the proper year, go to the starting year of one grand age 5 and the other grand age 3. Looks like a wonderful app to share with far away family. Really like the various features. Where can I expand my knowledge on uploading where I wish to put memories. Thank you
