Unfortunately, not reliable.... – Sleep Genius: Revive Cycle Alarm, Nap, Relaxation Review

I’ve used the relaxation mode to help fall asleep (which works like a charm) but the alarm doesn’t go off when it’s set to. I’ve had this happen a few times now and have written to the company and no response.
