Fun – Agency Wars Lite Review

What i don't get is that the higher your level the more intel I takes to attack someone. I am currently at level 7 and it takes 7 intel points to attack someone in level one. Also I was wondering if it is possible to get rewards points without buying them. Finally, what is the point of the shooting range if all you get to choose are scenerioros?
