Cannot upgrade – Farm Animals and Animal Sounds Review

My 3 yr old LOVES the cow animal puzzle, but cannot upgrade...yes, I hit the lock button, did the math, agree to the 1.99 purchase, but it still won’t work. Please do something to fix this problem so people can actually pay you!
