Great app but in desperate need of update – Like A Pro Bodybuilder - Bodybuilding app & workout plans by IFBB Pro Jeff Long Review

This app is an awesome app but does need to be updated from time to time with new workouts and new training programs if it was updated every now and then it would be a great app! But over all still a good app.
