Unable to acces – PokerAtlas Review

Ive been trying to use this app for over a week and still doesn't work right. Is there a problem with compatibility with I phone X? I cant get on a waitlist. Today the button doesn't even show up. Very bad for first impressions. Frustrating, i don't want to send anyone there if it doesn't work.
