Why is this on the App Store? – Quick Scan - Barcode Scanner Review

It doesn’t work - at all. Read the most recent reviews. Glad I tried the free version before wasting my money. Thanks for wasting my time. Come on Apple! Stop allowing apps like this to pollute the App Store PLEASE!
