It said I already had an account but I don't sooooo... – BYLINED: Sell Your Photos Review

It won't let me start an account because it says I already have one but I have never signed up. So I tried to put my email in and retrieve my password and it says that my email address doesn't exist! So it's pretty much a useless app.
