Illegally downloaded version?. – Around the World in 80 Days (FULL) - Extended Edition Review

After downloading and playing the first level, you get noted that you have an "illegally downloaded version" and are kicked back to the main menu where you can start over. You get past this after again finishing that level only to get it following completion of the first and second level now! Since when are apps downloaded via the app store illegal?
