Doesn’t work. Can I get a refund? – LumaFX Review

This app is not working. I go to import footage, and the clips never appear. The screen just remains black. I’ve tried on many different clips, watched tutorials, restarted my phone, everything is updated. Doesn’t work. Can’t I get my $2.99 back?
