Why was the cache optimizer removed? – Cleaner One - Clean Storage Review

You guys were a godsend with us 16gb guys that need to squeeze every bit of memory out of our phones since Apple has never made manual cache clean an option but now we are lost in the forest of ineptitude. Why? ?
