newspaper reader despite this app – Grand Rapids Press Review

Fix the darn thing. Every month after I *autopay* for the subscription, the app refuses to load for 2-3 days. (I'd pay for a longer sub to avoid this but you don't offer that option.) That's just stupid and reflects a lack of care on the coder's and MLive's part to put out a quality product. For God's sake, the Press doesn't have that many people willing to pay for it as it is. Why not make the experience for those PAYING customers actually work?
