Trying to beat a level but it keeps freezing – LEGO Batman: DC Super Heroes Review

This game is wonderful up until I get to the Mad Hatter level. I get to the point where Batman gets to the computer and I do it and it just freezes!! This makes me really really mad because I love this game but if I pay for a game I want to be able to play it!!
