I liked the free app so much I bought the extra sounds – Sleep Sounds HQ: relaxing aid Review

I am using this application and EMDR therapy. Adding the 600 sounds allows me to make more mixes to use for meditation, reducing anxiety, and sleep. I am very pleased with everything and have no complaints. Thank you for a wonderful program.ghh
