I don’t care how much money I get back. The most important financial decision of my life was buying a home. Realtors put a personal touch on the process that understand your needs. Weeding realtors out to a customer service chat labeled “your expert” sounds like a horrible idea. Sure let me have someone handle hundred of thousand of dollars of my hard earned money with someone I’ve never met. Yeah ok, this is gonna be a no for me.
