Blocked – Piczoo-Photo Edit,Pic Collage Review

My subscription was changed from a smaller $5 subscription to a $30 premium subscription without my doing. When I attempted to contact this app via their feedback email provided I was blocked. Twice. This is horrible customer service and I will not be recommending this app to anyone else. All subscriptions have been canceled.
