Never Received My Poster – AllPosters Review

I ordered a poster on 8/5/18 and I still haven’t received it. It doesn’t send you an email right away with your order confirmation as mine came a day and a half later. After a week or so, I hadn’t gotten my order so I checked tracking and looks like they had an issue delivering to my address so the poster was sent all the way back to the original shipper in Ohio instead of attempting to deliver to me in Los Angeles again. I contacted support and they said they’d send a replacement and that I’d receive confirmation once that replacement left the warehouse but I’ve still yet to receive it. It’s been 3 weeks since I originally ordered this poster and I haven’t gotten anything. Definitely never ordering from this app ever again and would suggest other people go elsewhere, especially if you don’t want to wait so long for the delivery, let alone the order confirmation email...
