Hey I didn’t get the bullfrog pack even though u paid for it – Tyrant Unleashed Review

I bought the pack for 24.99 and instead of getting the Game crashed and it still charged me, I can I please have the money back or the bullfrog pack please, also I bought a anniversary pack for 8.99, which also did not get in my game, but still charged me. I buff the 8.99 one again but I don’t want to have to buy the bullfrog one again even though I already paid for it. Please fix this
