Recent crashes make it unplayable – Plants vs. Zombies™ 2 Review

I love this game! It's essentially a deck-building game with enough mini-games to keep it interesting. However about a week ago the game started crashing ~70% of the time I open it, making it virtually unplayable. It's extremely frustrating! Sounds like other people are having this issue as well... Hope it's fixed soon! Edit a couple days later: fun new bug where it crashes after 100% of games ?
