Can't even open it – Dice & Dragons - RPG Dice Roller Review

This is the second time I installed this dice roller. I open the app, a splash screen with a help info pops up having a big red X on a corner, tap on it and nothing happens, slide, scroll, tap, even called my kid for help and nothing.
