Love the game but can’t even play now – Bubble CoCo: Match 3 Shooter Review

This is my favorite game to play but now I’m not even able to open it. After the update it won’t open at all it goes to the loading screen then just crashes and closes itself out. I even tried emailing customer service about it, it says I’ll receive a response in a week but it’s been 2 weeks and still nothing.
