Yes it’s convenient if you are at the doctor or any other place that wouldn’t allow for you to step out and pay the meter. Yes it’s convenient if you plan to go downtown or navy pier and you are too far to pay the meter. It’s simply stupid that you must pay a 35¢ convenience fee if it’s under than 2 hours and that you have to pay TAXES (sounds like a little bit it can add up) !!
