Who runs this app? – Where's my MBTA Bus? Review

I love how a bus says 4 minutes away. Then 10 minutes later it goes to 2 mins.. then it will be 0 mins away then 1 then zero THEN never come and you hit refresh and it’s 15 mins away... Take a lap and give my 99 cents back.
