Couldn’t get it to work at all – MileIQ: Mileage Tracker & Log Review

I installed this app, turned on everything such as background app refresh, location services, etc., and it never tracked one trip. I’m on an iPhone but that shouldn’t matter. Would love to use this but it literally do nothing. ?
