Unprofessional Responses – TeacherKit Classroom Manager Review

I have renewed my yearly subscription, it was charged on my credit card but the app still said I haven’t renew it. I contacted them and someone reply asking to see the receipt. After I sent the receipt, no more responses from them and it’s been almost a week now. This is highly unprofessional. I used to rave about TeacherKit but now, I don’t like their services anymore.
