Stick with the standard subscription – DramaFever - Stream Your Shows Review

Really loved the app, so much so that I got a yearly subscription so that I could save videos offline but for the past month or so I have not been able to save a single video. I’ve been trying to troubleshoot on my own by signing off or deleting the app and reinstalling and it worked once but now even doing that won’t help. Really disappointed, feel like I spent that money in vain now, when I should have just stayed with the standard. Really annoying especially since the content on the app is great. Anyone else been having the same issue and how did you fix it. I have an iPhone 6s and my software is up to date, DramaFever shows no update. I keep deleting and reinstalling anyway. UPDATE: so I contacted their technical support team but they had me do the same things I had already done the only difference is that they gave me the exact download speed that the app required to download episodes and left it at that. Surprisingly after the update I was able to download episodes again and I didn’t have to change anything related to my internet services.
