I paid for this app before and now it asked me to pay again???? – Sorting games: kids toddlers Review

I selected some educational apps to purchase for my baby to play and learn. This is the only app that asked me to pay again even though i already paid for it before. It is a small money but i do not like the way they fooling me this way!!!?
