No Activity, I’m deleting – Surge 2x Review

This app hasn’t made a peep or sounded off a notification. My area is West Palm Beach County. It’s totally useless. Maybe for other areas but save your $3 bucks. I almost purchased for $9 bucks service. I don’t even know if this app is a scam or if its real. No Activity... Totally useless. A dead end.
