I want my money back – Cleaner for IG Review

So the app really isn’t working for me. It’s not letting me delete everyone like I want to. I tried to request my money back and it sent me to the App Store help center. I tried to request but it sent me to the apps website thing where I saw a email. I sent a email and it literally told me to go to the help center WHICH I ALREADY DID! And not to reply ?
