Horrible customer support team – War of Warship:Pacific War Review

Very addictive. You can only be a real player in the game if you spend money and buy gems. Also they have a horrible customer support team if you wanna call it that. I bought gems and when I went to collect the top up prizes it would automatically close the game and not give me my prize. I then contacted the customer support and they via email wich is the only option they give and they told me to send a screen shot of my game info. I did and i have not heard from them since and even wrote them 3 more times. I would strongly warn agianst downloading this game. You will put yourself in a bad situation spending endless amounts if money for nothing.
