Hangouts rating – Hangouts Review

I love this app I give it 4 and a half my best friends daughter doesn’t have a phone so this way my daughter can call her on there iPads and video chat I don’t give it 5 stars because the video calls do glitch sometimes but that’s all have fun!!!!!!
