Paid for full version. Did not get it – Music Factory Lite - Review

I can tell that this is a great app for my needs as a drummer. I paid the $ for the full version, but did not get it. I tried to send email to the company TWICE and both times I got a message saying my email was “ lost somewhere in the universe”. What?????? I’ve never seen that message before. I DON’T HAVE THIS $ TO WASTE. APP COMPANY: PLEASE ADVISE. Thank you.
