Having issues – Word Sauce: Connect Puzzle! Review

Tried to send and collect coins, it will not let me do any sharing with friends or collect coins from friends. Like he game but been having this issues for a month already. Is there anything I can do. I even tried to contact through Facebook will not let me do that either. Any help would be appreciated.
