Won’t let me make account – Virtual Space Amino for RP Review

I just downloaded the app and I was just about to make my account when it told me my password wouldn’t work. I changed it but it still says that I can’t use my email or phone number as my password. I made a completely different password but its still saying this. I can’t even enjoy the app because of this.
