No way to contact customer support – Whiplr - Messenger with Kinks Review

I really enjoyed the app and it’s unique focus. However, should you have a problem, the customer service is nonexistent. After being on the app a couple of weeks, I encountered a few men that wrote very angry and mean messages to me after I said I was not interested. The next day when I tried to access the app, it said that my account had been blocked. I can only assume that this was a result of one of the angry people that I encountered as my profile is very tame and has appropriate, non-nude pictures. I never messaged anything inappropriate to anyone either so it does not seem possible that I violated any standards. I understand that this could happen HOWEVER I do not understand how there is no possible way that I can discuss this with anyone so I can remedy the situation and continue using the app. I have emailed them through their “contact us” link three times in the last month and have received NO response. This is frankly unacceptable to have no way to contact them.
