Unable to make a second account? – OpinionUP: Vote & Debate Polls Review

I really do enjoy this app, and the community, but there is one problem. For some reason when I try to create an account the part that says “agree to terms and conditions” is cut off and I am unable to press “agree” and it’s been like this since the new update, and I’m unsure why. I hope you guys can fix this problem!
