Needs work – Banner Extreme Review

Can't complain too much for a $1 but readability isn't that great no matter which option is selected. Seems it's a lot more in focus when it's not moving!!! And there isn't an option to have a fixed, non moving message. That would be nice. Its not bad, but was thinking of using it at a bingo hall, but the ladies won't be able to read that. I'll look for something else that might better suit my needs.
