I’m new to this? – SURE Universal Smart TV Remote Review

I have Comcast and a LG tv with surround sound. I’m not sure why it’s not finding my tv it’s telling me to connect my iPhone to the WiFi? My iPhone is connected so as I said I’m new to this and do I need a special code to connect to this app?
