Great but – Cinemagraph Pro Review

Does the subscription really have to cost THAT much for casual? I need like one that’s .99 cents a month...maybe a fixed limit on how many you can make??? I just wanna be artsy but the app is super easy to use and really self explanatory. If not for the price, I’d be signed up. (also is there a way to purchase w/o going through the in Like make it go to another sight because my phone wont let me do in-app because of a code my dad set and nobody remembers it).
