Maggiemo61 – Running Slimkit - Lose Weight Review

Great workout for beginners or those who fell off the wagon for years. This is my 2nd time around for this workout as my age and previous injury precludes me from advancing. It took at least the 4th week for me to notice results. After 8 weeks I lost 10 lbs., without a dietary change. Gotta have fun on the vacations! This time I’m watching nutrition as well. I am confident you’ll be happy. BTW, 3 x per week is enough.
