Rip off – Polaris Office - PDF & Docs Review

I downloaded the free version of Polaris Office and tested it out and thought it may work for my use once the ads are gone. So I purchased the “ad free app” for 2.99 through iTunes, Apple whatever. Polaris office was add free for about the first 10 times opening the app. So I back to ads and they took the bucks! Since we live in a faceless world, it impossible to contact anyone via phone. And next to impossible to even contact anyone through the internet. Either make the ads go away or refund my money.
