Billion—with a “B” – Blackjack 21 + Free Casino-style Blackjack game Review

I have played this game for a long time and had a lot of fun until about two weeks ago. I had over 50 BILLION, 300 million points. Took a long time to build that many points—all from play—did not purchase any. One day, I had to stop playing and exited the game. When I went back to site to start playing again, my points were gone/ZERO/ zip/vanished. I immediately notified site’s customer service via email. CS responded quickly with an auto message that they would take care of the problem. Been over two weeks. No more communication from CS. I have sent them numerous emails. No response. After reading other reviews, I see this same thing has happened to other players and they never were reimbursed their missing points. Poor way to run a game site. Since loosing my points, I can’t win a hand. I feel my account has been tagged because I complained and did not buy points to resume play. Never. My only comment—BYE BYE.
