Progress like molasses – Harvest Land Review

I play a number of this type of game and Harvest Land fails to impress. I was only about 2 days into it when I had to wait 24 hours for something to be completed. Talk about slowing down game play! The trading aspect is very limited—essentially one box which no one seems interested in if you are a new player and can only offer things that take one minute to grow on your own. Perhaps most annoying though, is that control over your inventory is very limited. Selling to players (via your one box) is the only way to get rid of stuff you don’t need without luck. I’m in a situation where my armory is full but I don’t have any clubs. I can’t expand my inventory without certain jewels which are “gifted” or won by chance. So I’m waiting on the jewels. Meanwhile, two enemies requiring clubs are wondering around my village but I can’t kill them. I wish I could sell things I don’t need in my inventory to make room for things I do need.
